Successfully complete Hidden Scenario 1 and unlock Cow Statue (requires "A" rank or higher) in arcade mode. Then, transmute it alone to unlock Hidden Scenario 2.
# Level 4 arcade difficulty

Successfully complete levels 1, 2, and 3 in arcade mode, Then, transmute Knight Piece + Queen Piece (requires "A" rank or higher) to unlock the Level 4 arcade difficulty.
# Play as Bradley

Unlock Eyepatch (requires "S" rank or higher) in arcade mode, then transmute it alone to unlock Bradley.
# Play as Gluttony

Successfully complete Scenario 4 to unlock Gluttony.
# Play as Greed

First, unlock Scar. Then, unlock Ultimate Shield in arcade mode (requires "A" rank or higher), then transmute it alone to unlock Greed.
# Play as Izumi

First, unlock Greed. Then, unlock Izumi's Logo in arcade mode, then transmute it alone to unlock Izumi.
# Play as Lust

Successfully complete any Scenario in story mode to unlock Lust.
